Cooking Healthy is all about having all of the essential ingredients at home. If you keep your pantry well-stocked, you can make anything without having to rush out to the store.

These are items I consider essential:

extra virgin olive oil

rolled oats

eggs
organic frozen veggies

apple cider vinegar
hot pepper sauce
mustard BBQ sauce

unsweetened cocoa powder
agave
stevia

banana
almond flour
butter
flour

dried fruit
nuts- pine nuts, pistachios, walnuts, almonds
seeds-sesame, chia, pepitas

mustard
mayo
capers

feta cheese
parmesan
high quality sliced cheese
melting cheese-mozzarella, swiss, Mexican blend, etc.
